Pipe Return Policy
We strive to make your online purchase both easy and rewarding. We do understand that choosing a pipe or accessory such as the hardwood pipe holder online poses a few challenges not encountered by an in-store purchase. While you may often save time and money shopping online, you miss the opportunity to examine an item up close before making your selection. To ensure your satisfaction we offer a return policy on all briar pipes, meerschaum pipes and our exclusive hardwood pipe rack. We also offer a replacement for any clay pipe that arrives damaged or is found to be defective.
If you should find an item does not meet your approval, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days.
We ask only that briar and meerschaum pipes being returned not be smoked and that a meerschaum bowl and stem be handled only by a soft cloth or velvet so that oils from your bare hand do not render the pipe unsuitable for resale.
